CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
STUDIO GROUP CLASSES are held inside our professional studio and throughout the Garnerville Arts & Industrial Center. Collaboratively, students will explore how to work behind and in front of the lens. Topics include all levels of camera manipulation, composition, perspective and lighting. Through hands-on project-based learning, we will discover how to create visual stories, play various roles and expand on individual artistic vision.
**ADOBE LIGHTROOM CLASSIC/DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY are held inside our professional studio and throughout the Garnerville Arts & Industrial Center. Students should have Adobe Lightroom Classic pre-installed on their laptop. We will work on how to edit and process a variety of imagery. Together, we will explore how to capture images with the intent of processing our images.
Required: Participants must have prior knowledge of their individual computer workflow (ex. how to create folders, importing personal images into a computer, and the installation of Adobe Lightroom Classic).
**If the student needs computer workflow assistance, private or semi-private lessons are available.
FRIENDS+FAMILY classes allow for multiple generations to interact, and experience the art of photography, together. Have fun and make memories with someone special! Classes are mixed age, so that includes family such as grandparents, parents, partners, siblings, caregivers, friends and colleagues.
All classes may include experiential learning. Additional fees may apply for: guest speakers, field trips, talent/models and/or opportunities for possible imagery publication.
